MKL can supply specialised modular preparation kitchens designed as hygienic pre-cooking areas. Conforming to all current EHO and Hygiene regulations these units can be used as either stand-alone prep-kitchens or to supplement existing facilities. For larger, more complex temporary installations they can be linked to an MKL production kitchen.
